JD FOR SALES PERSON

1. Dealer & Retailer Appointment Identify and appoint new dealers and retailers in the assigned territory. Develop the distribution network by identifying potential customers and converting them into active business partners.

2. Sales & Order Generation Generate regular sales through market visits and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers. Take orders from dealers/retailers and ensure achievement of assigned monthly sales targets.

3. Market Visits & Territory Development Conduct regular field visits to dealers, retailers, electricians, and other potential customers. Explore new markets and increase the company's product presence and sales in the assigned territory.

4. Payment & Outstanding Follow-Up

Follow up with dealers and retailers for pending payments as per agreed credit terms. Coordinate with the Accounts team regarding overdue amounts and ensure timely collection.
1. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong qualified relationships with dealers, retailers and other channel partners.



Understand customer requirements, resolve basic issues and ensure repeat business.

2. Required Skills Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building and follow-up skills are essential. Candidate should be target-oriented, comfortable with extensive field work and capable of independently developing a market.

3. Required Experience & Qualification 2-3 years of field sales experience, preferably in the electrical wires & cables or related electrical industry. Candidates should have good knowledge of the local electrical market and experience dealing with dealers/retailers.

4. Market & Competitor Analysis Monitor competitor products, pricing, schemes, margins and market activities. Sh are relevant market feedback and new business opportunities with the reporting manager.
