Staybook.in is a travel and hospitality platform that helps customers discover and book hotels, tours, activities, and travel experiences. We are expanding our hotel network across South India and are looking for a Tamil-speaking Business Development Executive to onboard new hotel partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach hotels, resorts, and other accommodation providers across South India.
- Contact hotel owners and managers to explain Staybook.in’s platform and partnership benefits.
- Acquire recent hotel partners and achieve monthly onboarding targets.
- Negotiate commercial terms, commission structures, rates, and partnership agreements.
- Collect hotel details, room categories, pricing, availability, photographs, and required documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth hotel onboarding and listing activation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners and property managers.
- Follow up with potential partners and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities in the hospitality sector.

Requirements
- Fluency in Tamil is mandatory.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.




- Experience in sales, business development, hotel sales, or hospitality is preferred.
- Ability to approach and convince hotel owners to join the platform.
- Willingness to travel across South India for hotel visits and partner meetings, as required.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools or spreadsheets are an advantage.

Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with experience in hotel onboarding, OTA sales, travel technology, or hospitality partnerships.
- Knowledge of the South Indian hotel market.
- Proficiency in English or other South Indian languages is an added advantage.

Performance Expectations
- Consistently onboard new hotels and meet monthly acquisition targets.
- Build a strong pipeline of prospective hotel partners.
- Maintain accurate partner information and follow up regularly.
- Support the growth of Staybook.in’s hotel inventory across South India.
