Position: Safety Officer

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Safety Officer to oversee workplace safety across our construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with statutory regulations, promote a robust safety culture, and safeguard the health and well-being of all employees and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.
- Implement and monitor safety policies, procedures, and permit-to-work systems.
- Organize safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs.
- Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA/NEBOSH/Factories Act and company standards.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness drills and first-aid readiness.

Qualifications & Skills:





- Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
- Certification in NEBOSH/IOSH/OSHA (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction/industrial safety.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and hazard control measures.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong Knoeledge of Microsoft Excel , Word & Power point.
