- Role & responsibilities
- Implement and monitor workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
- Perform risk assessments and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with local safety regulations, company standards, and client requirements.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports.
- Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and HSE training programs for employees and contractors.
- Monitor the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Maintain HSE records, inspection reports, permits, and incident documentation.
- Participate in emergency response planning, drills, and evacuation exercises.




- Monitor high-risk activities such as working at height, confined space entry, lifting operations, hot work, and excavation.
- Recommend improvements to eliminate or minimize workplace risks.
- Coordinate with supervisors and management to ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Promote a positive safety culture through awareness campaigns and employee engagement

Preferred candidate profile

Advance Diploma Industrial Safety

Experience 3 to 5 Years in Fabrication Engineering Works.
