About the Role: This role is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of premises, employees, and visitors. The position involves implementing and maintaining safety protocols, monitoring security operations, conducting inspections, and responding effectively to emergencies to provide a safe and secure workplace.

What Impact Will You Create?

- Supervise security staff, assign tasks, provide training in daily procedures, first aid, and customer service.
- Maintain and update security policies, checklists, and procedural manuals.
- Monitor building security systems, fire alarms, and life safety equipment, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Manage manpower records, schedules, and training for on-roll and contract staff.
- Conduct physical patrols, access control, and surveillance to safeguard premises and occupants.
- Investigate incidents and prepare reports on security events.
- Track material movement and manage lost-and-found items.
- Communicate regularly with Property Manager, team members, and stakeholders on incidents, staffing, and recommendations.
- Approve hiring and interview contract security personnel.
- Provide briefings to staff on security and safety protocols.
- Coordinate vendor meetings and share minutes of meetings with stakeholders.
- Review after-hours reports and monitor performance of security personnel.
- Respond promptly during emergencies, coordinating with tenants, medical personnel, and local authorities.
- Draft and implement disaster management plans in coordination with management and security SMEs.
- Participate in performance and behavior assessments of security staff.
- Prepare and manage budgets related to security staffing and operations.

Qualification and Experience





- Graduate in any discipline.
- Relevant years of experience in security management, preferably within facility management.

Skills Required

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lead, train, and manage a security team effectively.
- Attention to detail and logical problem-solving skills for short- and long-term security planning.
- High integrity and reliability in executing assigned responsibilities.
