Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with all applicable safety rules, regulations, and statutory requirements.

- Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.

- Identify workplace hazards and implement appropriate corrective and preventive measures.

- Monitor safe work practices across plant operations.

- Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for employees and contract workers.

- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-miss cases and prepare reports.

- Maintain safety records, documentation, and statutory registers.

- Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with safety procedures.

- Coordinate emergency preparedness, fire safety, and mock drills.

- Work closely with production, maintenance, and other departments to improve overall safety performance.

Requirements





- 4–6 years of relevant industrial safety experience.

- PDIS / ADIS qualification is mandatory.

- Valuable knowledge of industrial safety standards, EHS practices, and statutory compliance.

- Experience in manufacturing/plant operations preferred.

- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to independently handle day-to-day plant safety activities.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
