Role Summary

Responsible for ensuring safety standards on construction sites by implementing safety policies, monitoring compliance, and minimizing risks during execution of luxury villa and bungalow projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Enforce site safety rules and regulations
- Conduct daily safety inspections and audits
- Ensure proper use of PPE (helmets, safety shoes, harness, etc.)
- Identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures
- Conduct safety training and toolbox talks for workers
- Monitor site activities to prevent accidents and unsafe practices
- Maintain safety records, reports, and incident logs
- Investigate accidents and recommend preventive actions




- Ensure compliance with statutory safety requirements

Requirements

- Diploma / Certification in Safety (Industrial Safety / NEBOSH preferred)
- 3–8 years of experience in construction site safety
- Experience in residential or villa projects preferred

Skills

- Solid knowledge of safety regulations and practices
- Attention to detail and hazard identification
- Good communication and training skills
- Ability to enforce discipline on site

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
