Russian-Speaking Tour Host & Travel Coordinator – India

About the role

We are building a unique small-group travel experience for Russian-speaking travellers who want to discover India beyond conventional sightseeing — through Indian food, culture, nature, local people and authentic experiences.

We are looking for a Russian-speaking Tour Host & Travel Coordinator who will accompany and support international/Russian groups travelling across India.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys travel, people, food, Indian culture and creating memorable experiences.

What you will do

- Accompany small groups of Russian-speaking travellers during tours across India.
- Welcome guests and help them feel comfortable and safe throughout their journey.
- Coordinate hotels, transportation, restaurants, activities and local experiences.
- Communicate with hotels, drivers, guides, restaurants and other local suppliers.
- Assist guests with day-to-day travel requirements and unexpected situations.
- Introduce travellers to authentic Indian food, markets, traditions and local culture.
- Help organise special experiences such as cooking, food walks, village visits, local markets and cultural activities.
- Travel extensively across different parts of India depending on the itinerary.
- Communicate with guests in Russian and English.
- Help translate basic communication between Russian-speaking guests and local service providers when required.
- Collect guest feedback and help continuously improve our tours.
- Take basic photos/videos and contribute ideas for future travel experiences.
- Maintain a friendly,



professional and welcoming atmosphere within the group.

Who we are looking for

Essential:

- Fluent or very strong Russian and English communication skills.
- Genuine interest in India, Indian culture, food and travel.
- Comfortable travelling frequently across India.
- Good organisational and communication skills.
- Friendly, responsible and confident personality.
- Ability to handle unexpected travel situations calmly.
- Comfortable working with international travellers.

Experience in tourism, hospitality, guiding, travel coordination or customer service is an advantage.

- ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month + all travel expenses + performance bonus, depending on experience and language skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹46,000.00 per week

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
