Job Summary:

Owision is seeking a highly accomplished RSA Archer Architect to lead the strategic architecture, design, and continuous expansion of our enterprise Integrated Risk Management (IRM) / Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform. In this lead capacity, you will serve as the principal technical authority for the RSA Archer ecosystem, translating enterprise-wide risk, compliance, and security frameworks into robust, automated digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the overarching architectural design, technology roadmap, and system governance for the global RSA Archer IRM platform.
- Translate complex enterprise risk, regulatory compliance, incident management, and security policies into scalable, high-performance architectural blueprints and technical specifications.
- Act as the primary technical advisor to business executives, Group Security, and GRC business owners, conducting high-level requirement workshops and navigating complex business discussions.
- Convert business objectives into high-level solutions and detailed epics/user stories, maintaining alignment between business strategy and solution delivery.
- Design and implement complex integrations using the RSA Archer Web Services API, RESTful APIs, Data Feeds, Data Driven Events (DDE), and custom scripting tools (PowerShell, Python) to automate GRC workflows and synchronize enterprise systems.
- Oversee platform administration, performance optimization,



and upgrade strategies across both on-premise and cloud infrastructure.
- Define test strategies, automated testing frameworks, and release protocols for Archer platform deployments.

Required Qualifications:

- 5+ years of overall experience in enterprise IT architecture and GRC implementations, with a dedicated focus in a lead architectural role designing complex RSA Archer environments.
- Deep proficiency in RSA Archer platform architecture, core/custom modules, advanced workflow design, Data Driven Events (DDE), and complex Data Feeds.
- Demonstrated hands-on expertise in API integrations (RESTful/Web Services API) and scripting/automation utilizing PowerShell or Python.
- Hands-on experience administering, supporting, and optimizing RSA Archer IRM platforms across both on-premise and cloud-hosted environments.
- RSA Archer Certified Administrator or RSA Archer Certified Skilled (Required).
- Exceptional capability in business stakeholder engagement, technical negotiation, and objection handling.
- Outstanding executive communication, technical writing, and documentation capabilities.
- Proven track record of self-directed technical leadership in a remote setup, with full availability to operate during Central European Time (CET) business hours.

Preferred Skills:

- RSA Archer Certified Expert credential.
- Advanced understanding of corporate security, group security architectures, and international GRC frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT, SOC).
- Prior experience leading large-scale platform upgrades, cloud migrations, and performance tuning for multi-tenant or global enterprise deployments.
