Role Description The Rooftop Solar Execution Engineer is responsible for overseeing the on-site execution of rooftop solar projects from planning through commissioning. This full-time, on-site role is based in Tamil Nadu, India and involves coordinating installation teams, supervising safety and quality standards, and ensuring compliance with technical designs and regulatory requirements. The engineer will review PV and electrical designs, validate material specifications, and support layout optimization for rooftop systems.

Daily tasks include site surveys, monitoring project timelines, managing contractors, preparing technical reports,



and addressing technical issues during installation and testing. The role also includes collaborating with design, procurement, and operations teams to deliver efficient, high-performing rooftop solar systems.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of the solar industry and rooftop solar project execution.
- Candidates should possess skills related to solar power generation and solar systems, including system performance and safety considerations.
- Candidates should possess expertise in PV design, including module configuration, string sizing, and rooftop layout planning.
