- Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned areas as per hotel cleanliness and brand standards.

- Make beds, change bed linen, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities and room supplies.

- Ensure proper presentation of guest rooms, including furniture, fixtures, amenities, and other room essentials.

- Inspect rooms for cleanliness, maintenance issues, and any missing or damaged items; report discrepancies to the Floor Supervisor.

- Follow the prescribed procedures for occupied rooms, departure rooms, vacant rooms, and Do Not Disturb (DND) rooms.

- Handle guest belongings, lost and found items, and hotel property responsibly in accordance with hotel policies.

- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests related to housekeeping services.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping pantries, trolleys, and equipment.

- Use cleaning chemicals, tools,



and equipment safely and as per standard operating procedures.

- Follow hygiene, health and safety, security, and environmental sustainability practices.

- Report maintenance defects, safety hazards, and unusual activities to the concerned supervisor.

- Maintain qualified grooming, personal hygiene, and courteous behaviour at all times.

- Coordinate with the Front Office, Engineering, Laundry, and other departments to ensure timely room readiness and guest satisfaction.

- Adhere to hotel policies, standard operating procedures, and service quality requirements.

Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
