Key Responsibilities

- Develop, program, and operate welding robots as per fabrication drawings.
- Perform robot teaching and re-teaching for current and existing components.
- Set and optimize welding parameters to achieve quality output.
- Troubleshoot robot programming and welding-related issues.
- Optimize robot cycle time and improve productivity.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure defect-free welding.
- Maintain robot programs, process parameters, and related documentation.

Key Skills
- Knowledge of welding robots and robotic welding processes.
- Hands-on experience in robot programming, teaching, and re-teaching.
- Knowledge of MIG/MAG welding processes and parameters.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of robot troubleshooting and cycle-time optimization.
