- Ensuring timely collection of outstanding dues from customers by the end of day
- Following the parameters of limits available at exchanges and the limits provided to clients and BA
- Monitoring short sell
- Checking circulars sent by exchanges and communicating the same to all concerned
- Following up with BAs for M2M and Sticky
- Preparing various MIS reports and sending them to the respective departments
- Monitoring suspicious transactions made by clients and informing the department about the same
