General Responsibilities (All Machines)

- Report to shift on time; attend pre-shift briefing and take over machine status from previous shift operator.
- Perform machine start-up checks (power, air pressure, glue/adhesive levels, alignment, safety guards) before production.
- Set up the machine as per job card / work order (board size, box dimensions, paper/material specification).
- Run first-piece inspection and get supervisor/QC approval before full production run.
- Monitor running production continuously; identify and correct defects (misalignment, wrinkles, poor adhesion, warping, dimension errors).




- Maintain production and rejection records / hourly output log.
- Perform basic preventive maintenance cleaning, lubrication, glue pot/roller cleaning as per checklist.
- Report breakdowns, abnormal noise/vibration, or material shortages to supervisor/maintenance immediately.
- Maintain 5S / housekeeping at the workstation and surrounding area.
- Follow all safety procedures, wear prescribed PPE, and use machine guards/interlocks at all times.
- Coordinate with helpers, feeders, and QC for smooth material flow and inspection.
