Small Cell Integration Engineer – RF

We are seeking a RF Engineer with Small Cell Integration experience. This role focuses on LTE and 5G NR small cell integration, commissioning, and deployment to support wireless network performance and connectivity.

This prospect offers hands-on exposure to small cell deployment, from commissioning through post-integration validation. We are looking for an engineer with a strong RF background who enjoys troubleshooting and improving network performance. The role provides an opportunity to deepen technical experience across RF optimization, IP backhaul, and LTE/5G NR integration.

Required Skills & Experience

- Experience with small cell integration, commissioning, and deployment.
- Strong RF background with LTE and 5G NR technologies.
- Knowledge of RF parameters, PCI, TAC, neighbor relations, and handover procedures.
- Experience with RF optimization, KPI analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of IP backhaul, VLANs, alarms, and connectivity issues.
- Experience with site integration, acceptance testing, and post-integration validation.

Desired Skills & Experience

- T-Mobile network experience preferred.

What You Will Be Doing

- Integrate, commission, and deploy LTE and 5G NR small cell sites.
- Validate RF parameters, PCI, TAC, neighbor relations, and handover performance.
- Review network KPIs and troubleshoot RF performance issues.
- Identify and resolve IP backhaul, VLAN, alarm, and connectivity issues.




- Perform acceptance testing and post-integration validation.
