Role & responsibilities

Lenskart is looking for a high-ownership Revenue Finance Operations professional. This role is at the crossroads of finance, payments, technology, and customer experience, ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, problem-solving, and end-to-end execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive commercial discussions with internal and external stakeholders
- Payment Gateway onboarding, bank coordination, and partner management
- Own chargeback handling, dispute resolution, and continuous interaction with banks
- Partner with Tech & Product teams to support and launch new products
- Identify, analyze, and plug system/process anomalies impacting revenue or customer experience
- Day-to-day accounting entries including charges, invoices, and revenue postings
- Oversee refund processing and bank / PG settlements
- Perform and own multiple reconciliations (PG,



bank, revenue, refunds, chargebacks, etc.)
- Work closely with Customer Support (CS) teams to resolve payment, refund, and dispute-related issues
- Ensure strong controls, accuracy, and timely closure of financial operations.

What Were Looking For

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in revenue finance / payment operations / similar profiles
- Robust ownership mindset and accountability
- Self-initiator who can work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to connect the dots between business, finance, systems, and customer impact
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Tech, Product, Operations, and CS teams
