We are looking for a results-driven and dynamic Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail outlet. In this role, you will be fully responsible for driving sales, managing and motivating the store team, controlling inventory, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in meeting financial and operational targets.

Team Leadership & Staff Management

- Recruiting, training, onboarding, and mentoring sales associates and cashiers.
- Creating staff work schedules and managing shift rotations efficiently.
- Motivating the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Conducting regular performance appraisals and addressing employee grievances.

Sales & Financial Performance

- Developing and implementing business strategies to attract new customers and expand store traffic.
- Monitoring store Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Average Ticket Value (ATV), conversion rates, and sales vs. targets.
- Managing the store's budget, controlling operational expenses, and ensuring overall profitability.

Inventory & Stock Control

- Monitoring stock levels, analyzing fast/slow-moving items, and placing replenishment orders.
- Implementing strict loss prevention measures to minimize stock shrinkage and theft.
- Coordinating with vendors, suppliers,



and warehouse teams for smooth product delivery.

Customer Service & Visual Merchandising

- Resolving complex customer complaints and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining outstanding store conditions, visual merchandising, and cleanliness according to brand guidelines.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and local legal regulations.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred (High School Diploma with extensive experience also accepted).
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of retail experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with POS (Point of Sale) software, inventory management systems, and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Availability: Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as per retail demands.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
