Role Description The Retail Showroom Inventory Manager is a full time, on-site role based at the Gems Paradise showroom in Jaipur. This role oversees daily inventory operations, including receiving, tagging, storing, and organizing jewelry pieces to maintain accurate stock levels.

The Inventory

Manager will track product movement, reconcile stock differences, update inventory records in systems or registers, and coordinate with sales and showroom teams to ensure product availability and timely replenishment.

Responsibilities include conducting regular stock audits, monitoring high-value items, maintaining secure storage practices, and preparing inventory reports for management. The role also involves collaborating with procurement and production teams,



supporting showroom merchandising, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce losses.

Qualifications

- Inventory management and stock control skills, including experience with tracking, reconciliation, and auditing of physical and system records.
- Proficiency with inventory software or POS systems, basic data entry, and comfort working with spreadsheets and digital records.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail for handling high-value jewelry and preventing discrepancies.
- Knowledge of retail operations and showroom processes, preferably in luxury goods, fine jewelry, or related sectors.
- Solid communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with sales, merchandising, procurement, and management teams.
- Integrity and reliability, with a high level of accountability when managing valuable inventory and sensitive records.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, with flexibility to support peak retail hours, special events, and periodic stock counts.
- Prior experience in inventory, store operations, or warehouse management is preferred; exposure to jewelry or luxury retail is an added advantage.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in commerce, business, retail management, or a related field.
