Role Description The Retail Salesperson is a full-time, on-site role based at the House of Mily store in Bengaluru. In this role, the team member will greet visitors, understand their preferences, and guide them through collections that suit their style, occasion, and budget. Daily responsibilities include showcasing products, explaining fabric and design details, managing trial rooms, and supporting customers with styling suggestions and complete outfit coordination.

The Retail

Salesperson will handle billing, exchanges,



and returns in line with store policies, maintain visual merchandising standards, and ensure the store remains clean, organized, and inviting. The role also involves building long-term customer relationships, maintaining client records, supporting store events or launches, and collaborating with colleagues to meet sales and service goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Retail Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to meet targets while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage warmly, understand needs, and resolve issues professionally.
- Candidates should possess solid Product Knowledge, particularly in ethnic and Indo-western fashion, fabrics, fits, and occasion wear styling.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in fashion or luxury retail, comfort with POS and basic computer systems, and strong interpersonal skills.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a background in fashion, retail management, or related fields is an advantage.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, work flexible hours (including weekends and holidays), and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
