Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service &
- Sales

- Greet customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products.

- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, offers, and perks.

- Assist customers throughout the buying process and ensure a positive shopping experience.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

1. Product Display &
- Merchandising

- Maintain attractive product displays and proper product placement.

- Ensure shelves are well-stocked, organised, and labelled with correct prices.

- Highlight promotional products, new arrivals, and special offers.

1. Billing &
- Cash Handling

- Operate the POS system and generate accurate customer bills.

- Handle cash, UPI, card payments, and other payment methods.

- Ensure accurate cash reconciliation and report any discrepancies.

1. Inventory Management

- Monitor stock availability and inform the Store In-Charge about low-stock items.

- Assist with stock receiving, counting, tagging, and replenishment.

- Report damaged, missing,



or defective products.

1. Store Operations

- Maintain store cleanliness, discipline, and overall presentation.

- Ensure products are properly arranged and easily accessible.

- Follow company policies, standard operating procedures, and store guidelines.

1. Customer Relationship Management

- Handle customer queries, complaints, and product-related concerns professionally.

- Build positive customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases.

- Inform customers about ongoing promotions, discounts, and new arrivals.

1. Reporting &
- Coordination

- Share daily sales updates and customer feedback with the Store In-Charge.

- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.

- Support promotional activities and other sales-related tasks as assigned.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
