Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Retail Sales Executive role based in the Pune Division.

The Retail Sales

Executive will welcome customers, understand their needs, and guide them to suitable art, craft, and DIY products. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting customers at the store, demonstrating product features, managing sales transactions, and maintaining organized, visually appealing displays. The role also involves handling customer inquiries, resolving basic issues,



and supporting promotional activities or in-store events.

The Retail Sales

Executive will collaborate with the store team to meet sales targets and ensure a positive, engaging shopping experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Retail Sales and Sales skills to drive store performance and meet targets.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Relationship Building skills to create positive, lasting customer interactions.
- Candidates should possess transparent and professional Communication skills for engaging with customers and team members.
- Basic knowledge or interest in art, craft, and DIY supplies is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division, including weekends or peak hours as needed.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to store upkeep and merchandising.
- Prior experience in retail or a customer-facing role is an advantage but not mandatory.
