Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Kochi.

The Sales

Executive will engage with prospective and existing clients, present Den Design Interiors’ services, and guide clients through the sales process from initial inquiry to closing. Daily responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting showroom or site visits, preparing and presenting proposals, and following up on leads to achieve sales targets. The role also involves coordinating with the design and project teams to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated,



maintaining accurate records of interactions and contracts, and supporting marketing activities such as events, promotions, and social media campaigns.

The Sales

Executive is expected to foster strong client relationships and represent the brand with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications

- Strong client relationship management, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
- Ability to identify leads, build pipelines, and work towards defined sales targets.
- Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging diverse clients.
- Basic knowledge of interior design or real estate markets and an interest in design and aesthetics.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
- Proven ability to work on-site, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage time efficiently.
- Prior sales experience in interiors, architecture, real estate, or related industries is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
