Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Associates to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, enjoy interacting with students, and be passionate about sales and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with potential leads through various platforms.
- Counsel students regarding our training programs and career opportunities.
- Understand candidate requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Convert leads into enrollments through consultative selling.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and outreach initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills (English preferred).
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Positive interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated, quick learner, and detail-oriented.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
