About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our jewellery retail team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in jewellery store sales, excellent customer-handling skills, and a strong ability to understand customer requirements and convert enquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in the showroom professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
- Explain product features, designs, pricing, making charges, and offers.
- Handle customer queries and provide an excellent buying experience.
- Generate sales and consistently achieve assigned sales targets.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Support showroom display, stock coordination, and day-to-day sales activities.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Stay updated on jewellery designs, trends, and market preferences.

Requirements




- 1–3 years of prior experience in jewellery retail sales is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good customer-handling and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset.
- Presentable, confident, and professional personality.
- Basic knowledge of jewellery products, gold, diamond, and making charges will be an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a showroom environment.
