Role Overview
We are looking for a energetic and customer-oriented Sales Executive to handle customer interactions, drive sales, and deliver an excellent in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions and execute product sales
- Explain jewellery details including gold/silver purity, pricing, and designs
- Assist with customization orders in coordination with supervisors
- Upsell and cross-sell jewellery products
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualities
- MBA qualification is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused attitude
- Basic knowledge of jewellery products (training will be provided)
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to achieve targets
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Pay: ₹140,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
