Experience

- 2+ Years

Industry: Solar / Renewable Energy / EPC Note - Prior work experience in the solar industry is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities -

- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities for rooftop and ground-mounted solar EPC projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with industrial, commercial, and residential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar energy solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, presentations, and regular follow-ups to convert leads into sales.




- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers in coordination with internal teams.
- Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Projects, and Operations teams for smooth project execution.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and current opportunities in the solar industry.
- Negotiate commercial terms and follow up with clients for order closure and payment coordination.
- Maintain customer records, sales pipelines, and regular sales activity reports.

Qualification & Requirement

- Any Graduate/ Diploma / BE / MBA
- 2+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development, preferably in Solar EPC.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Own vehicle and valid driving license preferred.
- Candidates with experience in Rooftop / Ground-Mounted / Commercial & Industrial Solar will be preferred.
