Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market visits, calls, and networking.
- Handle end-to-end sales activities from enquiry generation to order closure.
- Visit customers, dealers, distributors, and industrial clients as required.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, sales reports, and regular market updates.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, accounts, and other internal teams for smooth order execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
- Ensure timely follow-up for payments and outstanding dues
- Candidate Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales, preferably in a manufacturing / chemical / industrial company.
- Graduate degree in any discipline; relevant technical/industrial background will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of the industrial/ B2B sales process.
- Willingness to travel for customer and market visits.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and result-driven approach.
- Positive knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Candidates with an existing industrial customer network will be preferred.
