Key Responsibilities

- Identify, generate, and qualify potential leads through various online platforms and business channels.
- Connect with international clients, primarily in the US market, through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable company services and solutions.
- Conduct professional sales conversations and follow up with potential clients to convert leads into business opportunities.
- Build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Maintain accurate client information, lead status, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and smooth client handling.
- Work toward individual and team-based sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
