Job Summary

Develop new customers, generate sales and maintain strong relationships with existing customers for the company’s packaging products.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify new customers and business opportunities.
- Visit customer locations regularly and promote packaging products.
- Generate leads, follow up on enquiries and convert them into orders.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Prepare daily customer-visit and sales reports.
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to meet customer requirements.




- Collect market information and competitor details.

Skills & Requirements

- 2–5 years of sales experience; packaging or manufacturing industry experience preferred.
- Valuable communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for field sales; valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred.
- Tamil communication required; basic English and MS Excel knowledge preferred.
