Roles & Responsibilities Sales Coordinator

- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth sales operations
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, purchase orders, and invoices
- Maintain accurate records of client communication, orders, and dispatches
- Assist the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets
- Handle telephonic and email inquiries with professionalism
- Support in preparing compliance documents (HSN Code, TDS, MSDS, etc.) when required
- Ensure timely delivery schedules and monitor order status

Preferred candidate profile

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Graduate / Diploma / ITI in Electronics, Electricals, Mechanical, or related fields
- Strong communication skills in Hindi & English (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and email drafting
- Prior experience in sales coordination, telecalling, or client servicing preferred
- Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and robust problem-solving skills
- Jaipur-based candidates or those willing to relocate preference
