Sales and Business Development

Sell HVAC solutions based on design basis or tender requirements to architects, PMCs (Project Management Consultants) and end customers.

Identify and generate new business opportunities by meeting architects, customers and PMCs regularly.

Costing and Proposal Development

Undertake detailed costing exercises for HVAC projects.

Prepare and present competitive commercial offers/proposals based on project requirements.

Client and Stakeholder Engagement

Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, PMCs and end customers to generate a healthy enquiry pipeline.

Understand client requirements and translate them into suitable HVAC solutions.

Reporting and Documentation

Prepare and submit Sales MIS reports on a weekly and monthly basis.

Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotations and sales conversions.

Target Achievement

Achieve assigned monthly and yearly sales targets.





Drive consistent revenue growth through proactive sales efforts

Self-starter with a flair for selling HVAC/engineering solutions.

Strong negotiation, influencing and closing skills.

Ability to build client relationships and manage the sales pipeline effectively.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's/ Diploma in Engineering preferred; B. Com/ BA with an aptitude for engineering solutions sales

2-3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development or Account Management

Exposure to HVAC, manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or related sectors will be preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is added advantage

Knowledge of local languages is added advantage

Travel Requirements: The candidate should be comfortable with travel, as per company or client requirements

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
