We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Sales Engineer with a strong track record and a genuine passion for selling technology solutions to end customers. You will be responsible for driving sales by targeting new prospects and cultivating existing customer relationships to achieve high repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Success in this role will be measured by your ability to acquire new customers, drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling, ensure customer retention, and contribute to the overall success of our sales team and business.

Responsibilities

- Support sales leadership with solution selling into prospect account base




- Partner with sales executives to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles
- Co-ordinate with Internal teams to prepare commercial proposal for each sales opportunity
- Successfully match customer RFQ's to products and services
- Create power point to drive Shoei's value proposition
- Manage all technical aspects of RFQ and responses to end customers
- Effectively communicate client needs to the Engg. teams for customized / product enhancements
- Competitor mapping and intelligence gathering

Requirements and skills

- Proven experience and successful track record selling Industrial Furnace solutions
- Ability to network and create robust, long-lasting relationships with customers
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience on heating solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation and creativity skills
- Familiarity with MS suite
- Willingness to travel a 70%
- BE/Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical or equivalent
