- Handle customer inquiries and technical requirements and coordinate internally for suitable solutions.

- Prepare and submit technical and commercial quotations to customers.

- Conduct techno-commercial discussions and negotiations with customers.

- Follow up with customers for orders, purchase orders and order finalization.

- Provide technical support and clarification to customers during the inquiry and order execution stage.

- Coordinate with Design, Engineering and Production teams to communicate customer requirements and ensure proper execution.

- Support the team in product development and new customer development.

- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and identify recent business opportunities.

- Visit customer sites for technical discussions, requirement understanding and business development.





- Identify opportunities for new products and applications in core industries.

Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline.

- 2–4 years of relevant experience in technical sales, industrial sales or engineering products will be preferred.

- Freshers with good technical knowledge and communication skills can also apply.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
