Salary: 20,000 to 40,000 + Attractive Incentives

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executive with experience in the real estate industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling property enquiries, contacting potential customers, arranging property site visits, following up with leads, and converting prospects into sales.

Candidates with experience in residential property sales, real estate marketing, and customer relationship management are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle leads received through digital marketing, telephone calls, WhatsApp, and other sources.
- Contact potential customers and understand their property requirements.
- Explain property features, pricing, location advantages, and project details.
- Arrange and coordinate customer visits to property sites.
- Conduct property site visits and provide project presentations to customers.
- Follow up with prospective buyers and maintain regular communication.




- Negotiate with customers and assist in closing property deals.
- Maintain customer details, lead status, and follow-up records in CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with the marketing and management teams to improve lead conversion.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements

- 1 to 4 years of experience in real estate sales is preferred.
- Real estate or property sales experience is mandatory.
- Valuable communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Knowledge of residential properties, apartments, villas, plots, or commercial properties.
- Ability to handle customer enquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Willingness to travel for property site visits across Chennai.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused approach.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, or CRM tools.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
