We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to engage prospective clients, start meaningful sales conversations, understand their initial requirements, qualify opportunities, and generate qualified meetings for the Business Development team.

Key responsibilities include

- Contact prospects through calls, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other outbound channels
- Start conversations with business owners, founders, directors, marketing heads, and other decision-makers
- Understand the prospect’s initial requirement, business challenges, and potential need for digital marketing services
- Introduce relevant services and create interest in further discussion
- Follow up consistently with prospects
- Handle initial questions and basic objections
- Qualify prospects based on requirement, interest, business fit, authority, and timeline
- Book qualified meetings for the Business Development team
- Re-engage previously interested or inactive prospects
- Maintain accurate records of conversations, follow-ups, lead status, and next actions

Experience Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in SDR, inside sales, outbound sales, telesales,



business development, or lead qualification preferred.
