Profile: Sales coordinator

Experience

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Inside Sales, Sales Coordination, Order Processing or Customer Handling, preferably from a manufacturing/textile-related industry.

Roles:
- Handle incoming sales enquiries and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with customers regarding orders, quotations and order status.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch and internal teams for timely order execution.
- Track orders from confirmation to dispatch and ensure timely delivery.
- Follow up with customers regarding order requirements, dispatch updates and pending payments/orders.
- Maintain sales orders, customer records and order-related documentation.
- Resolve customer queries and coordinate internally for timely solutions.
- Support the sales team in smooth execution of the complete order cycle.

Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline; preference for candidates with experience in Sales Coordination, Inside Sales, Order Management or Customer Coordination.
