Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Sales Coordinator to handle telecalling, customer follow-ups, and sales coordination. The candidate will contact existing and potential customers, follow up on quotations and inquiries, and coordinate with the sales team to support business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Make follow-up calls to existing and potential customers.
- Follow up on sales inquiries, quotations, and pending orders.
- Contact customers to understand their requirements and share relevant product information.
- Coordinate with sales engineers regarding customer inquiries and updates.
- Follow up with customers for quotation status, order confirmation, and delivery updates.
- Maintain daily call records, customer details, and follow-up schedules.
- Update customer information and follow-up activities in Zoho CRM or other company systems.
- Send emails, and product details to customers as required.
- Remind customers about pending inquiries and maintain regular communication.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.




- Prepare daily call reports and update the reporting manager.

Required Skills
- Good communication and telephone etiquette.
- Confidence in making outbound calls and handling customer queries.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and computer operations.
- Positive follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain customer relationships and meet daily calling targets.
- Basic English, Hindi, and Marathi communication skills are preferred.

Qualification & Experience
- Qualification: instrument engineer
- Experience: 1–3 years in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or sales coordination.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
