Key Responsibilities
- Monitor stock availability and maintain accurate inventory records in the system.
- Handle customer queries and provide product-related information.
- Coordinate with the sales team and other branches for smooth operations.
- Liaise with the logistics team for order processing and deliveries.
- Coordinate flooring installation sites and manage site supervisors' schedules.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and sales invoices.
- Attend walk-in customers and handle incoming enquiry calls.
- Update and manage day-to-day transactions through the ERP system.
Desired Skills
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong coordination and organisational abilities.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
- A customer-focused approach with attention to detail.
