Role & responsibilities

- Receive orders from distributors on WhatsApp, phone and email, and confirm quality, color, length and rate.

- Check stock availability before confirming an order.

- Prepare the Sales Order (SO) in Tally/ERP and send the confirmation back to the customer.

- Check the credit status flag from accounts before releasing an order.

- Coordinate with the dispatch team on pick slips, cut lengths and delivery timelines.

- Share dispatch updates, LR copies and tracking details with customers.

- Handle customer follow-ups on pending orders, shortages and corrections.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in any stream (B.Com or BBA preferred).

- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales coordination, order processing or back office, ideally in textiles, fabrics or home furnishing.





- Working knowledge of Excel and Tally or any ERP.

- Comfortable with WhatsApp Business and quick written communication in English and Hindi (Gujarati is a plus).

- Accurate with numbers, units and details.

- Calm under pressure, and able to follow up with distributors politely and firmly.

- Based in or willing to work from Surat.
