Role & responsibilities

- Coordinate with the sales team, distributors, stockists, and customers regarding orders and deliveries.
- Receive, process, and track customer purchase orders.
- Prepare sales quotations, invoices, order confirmations, and other sales-related documents.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor sales targets, achievements, pending orders, and outstanding payments.
- Coordinate with the dispatch/logistics team to ensure timely delivery of pharmaceutical products.
- Check product availability and coordinate with the warehouse for stock requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of customers, distributors, products, orders, and sales transactions.
- Follow up with customers and distributors regarding orders, payments, and delivery status.
- Coordinate with the accounts department regarding invoices, payments, and outstanding balances.
- Support the sales team in preparing presentations, reports, and sales data.




- Handle customer queries and resolve routine issues related to orders and deliveries.
- Coordinate with the production, warehouse, regulatory, and quality departments when required.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and pharmaceutical industry regulations.
- Assist the Sales Manager in preparing MIS reports and other management reports.

Preferred candidate profile 1-3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Administration, or the Pharmaceutical/FMCG/Healthcare industry.

- Order processing accuracy and turnaround time.
- Timely order dispatch and delivery coordination.
- Accuracy of sales and MIS reports.
- Customer/distributor satisfaction.
