Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to manage incoming calls and sales-related inquiries from our dealers, distributors, and customers. The candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring smooth communication between the company and its dealer/distributor network.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend incoming calls from dealers, distributors, and customers.
- Handle sales-related inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, orders, and deliveries.
- Coordinate with the sales team to resolve dealer and customer queries.
- Forward relevant inquiries and sales leads to the concerned sales executives.
- Follow up with the sales team and dealers regarding pending inquiries and orders.
- Maintain records of incoming calls, sales inquiries, customer details, and follow-ups.
- Provide timely updates to dealers and distributors regarding their queries.




- Support the sales team in daily coordination and administrative activities.
- Ensure professional communication and maintain good relationships with dealers and distributors.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; candidates with relevant experience will be preferred.
- Good communication and telephone-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple sales team members and handle inquiries efficiently.
- Robust follow-up, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in sales coordination, customer support, or dealer/distributor handling will be an advantage.
- Experience in the PVC pipes, building materials, plumbing, or manufacturing industry will be preferred.

- Well-organized, polite, and customer-focused.
- Comfortable handling multiple calls and sales inquiries.
- Capable of maintaining accurate records and coordinating with the field sales team.
- Willing to work from the office in Barnala, Punjab.
