Key Responsibilities (KRA)

1.

Sales Team

Coordination

- Maintain daily communication with Sales Managers across regions.

- Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams, clients, and the sales force.

- Maintain a cordial, positive, and professional approach while interacting with sales staff.

2.

Tracking Sales

Activities

- Track daily client visits, meeting schedules, follow-ups, and action items of the sales team.

- Maintain sales trackers for enquiries, quotations, orders, dispatch status, and closures.

- Update MIS reports, dashboards, and weekly performance summaries.

3.

Revenue

Monitoring

- Track monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for each sales executive.

- Highlight gaps, delays, and opportunities for faster closure.

- Assist in preparing sales performance reports for management review.

4. Communication & Documentation

- Draft and manage emails, proposals, client communication, and internal coordination mails.

- Maintain accurate documentation of enquiries,



quotations, approvals, and order-flow updates.

- Ensure timely submission of reports and updates from all sales team members.

5.

Administrative

Support

- Coordinate schedules, travel plans, appointments, and meetings for the Sales Department.

- Assist with CRM / ERP updates (if applicable).

- Support the Sales Head with presentations and management reports.

Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate (Any discipline).

- 1015 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Back-office Sales / Customer Support roles (preferred).

- Strong communication skills (verbal & written).

- Excellent follow-up ability; must be proactive and detail-oriented.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and email drafting.

- Ability to maintain a cordial, disciplined, and qualified relationship with sales staff.
