Core Responsibilities

- Maintain 100% accurate, timely sales data across ERP systems and trackers
- Communicate schemes to distributors and sales teams, keeping GM/AGM aligned
- Prepare incentive data to support performance evaluation and reward programs
- Process Credit Notes for party claims and first lifting




- Manage the order lifecycle from PI sharing to dispatch, ensuring on-time delivery
- Draft and maintain Distributor MOUs with Legal and Sales
- Build Sales Review and Sales Intelligence reports covering Target vs. Actual, deviation analysis, loss of sale, and regional trends
- Work with Dispatch, SCM, and Finance to resolve escalations
- Lead Excel automation projects to replace manual reporting
- Resolve customer complaints and train current team members on CRM

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field (BBA/B.Com/BE)
- MBA in Sales & Marketing or Operations (preferred, not mandatory)

Experience

- 2-5 years in sales coordination, sales operations, or MIS reporting
- Hands-on exposure to ERP systems, distributor management, and order-to-dispatch processes
