Designation: Sales Coordinator

Experience: 1 - 4 Years

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for order processing.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
- Maintain MIS, customer records, and reports in Excel/ERP/CRM.
- Follow up on quotations, payments, and deliveries.
- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Logistics, and Accounts.
- Track order status and update customers.
- Monitor pending orders and payment follow-ups.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-4 years of experience in Sales Coordination/Back Office.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; ERP/CRM knowledge preferred.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
