Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Interior Sales Executive to generate leads, understand clients’ interior design requirements, present suitable interior solutions, and convert prospects into confirmed projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through calls, referrals, walk-ins, digital platforms, and networking.
- Understand clients’ requirements, preferences, and budgets for residential or commercial interiors.
- Explain interior design packages, materials, finishes, and services to customers.
- Coordinate with the design team to prepare quotations, estimates, and proposals.
- Conduct client meetings and follow up on enquiries to close sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines.
- Coordinate with design, project execution, and operations teams for smooth project handover.
- Maintain customer relationships and update lead details in the CRM or sales tracker.




- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.

Required Skills
- Valuable communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic understanding of interior design, furniture, materials, and finishes.
- Ability to generate leads and convert enquiries into sales.
- Knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and quotation preparation.
- Target-oriented approach with strong follow-up skills.

Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; a background in Interior Design, Architecture, or Business Administration is an advantage.
- Experience in interior sales, real estate sales, modular kitchens, furniture, or home improvement is preferred.

Compensation Salary: Based on experience and company standards, with performance-based incentives.

Preferred Candidate: A proactive individual who enjoys client interaction, understands customer needs, and can achieve sales targets in the interior design industry.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
