 Coordinate and follow up on dispatches and delivery status.

 Handle customer queries, issues and complaints and ensure proper closure.

 Keep customers regularly updated regarding order, production and dispatch status.

 Maintain customer-wise order and pending-requirement trackers.

 Proactively contact customers for repeat orders and upcoming requirements.

 Identify opportunities for additional orders from existing customers.
