We are a trusted distributor of industrial motors, gearboxes, cables, and wires, serving customers across various industries. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Co-ordinator to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

Check customer enquiries received through email. Understand customer requirements and prepare accurate quotations.

Offer applicable discounts as per company guidelines. Send quotations along with technical data sheets, catalogues, and drawings whenever required.

Contact customers by phone or email if any information is missing in the enquiry. Coordinate with the sales team and suppliers for technical or commercial clarifications. Follow up with customers after sending quotations to convert them into purchase orders. Maintain records of enquiries, quotations, and follow-up status.





Ensure timely responses to customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service. Make monthly courtesy calls to customers to maintain relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Timely updating of work on Dashboard.

Skills Required Valuable communication skills in English, Hindi,Marathi

Basic understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Ability to understand customer requirements and prepare quotations accurately.

Good follow-up and customer handling skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple enquiries.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
