Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in customer coordination, quotations, order processing, and sales documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotations, PIs, and sales orders.
- Coordinate with customers and the sales team for order follow-ups.
- Track orders from booking to dispatch and delivery.
- Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, Accounts, and Service teams.
- Maintain customer records and sales MIS.
- Follow up on quotations, POs, payments, and pending orders.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely updates.
- Support the sales team in achieving targets.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate
- Bopal, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education
- Bachelor's (Required)
