Profile- Sales Chat Expert (Travel)

We are looking for a candidate with the following experience and skill set:
- Strong sales experience, preferably within the travel/airline industry.
- Hands-on expertise in Amadeus GDS and good understanding of flight availability, fare rules, reservations, and ticketing.
- Proven ability to handle chat-based sales and convert customer enquiries into bookings.
- Robust communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of international flight routes, fares, and travel requirements.
- Ability to work with sales targets and contribute towards booking and revenue growth.
- Should be confident in handling multiple chats/leads simultaneously while maintaining service quality.
