- Sales Associate/ Career Adviser

Sales Associate – Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities with U.S.-based consultants and clients.
- Explain our services clearly to potential candidates and partners.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from outreach to closing.
- Lead and attend client meetings via Google Meet.
- Maintain accurate records of communications and pipeline.
- Achieve monthly performance targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate closely with internal recruitment and leadership teams.

Skills Required:





- Strong English communication and convincing skills
- Understanding of US tax terms and visa statuses (OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, USC)
- Experience with job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Target-oriented mindset
